Condovilla is a term that was initiated by the client’s company as a low-rise apartment with condominium villa concept. They have several portfolios built in Bekasi & Tangerang, which are very successful in rethinking real-estate in the future. This design will combine the existing concept and transform it into a more contextual situation in Bandung. The Project site of Condovilla Development sits between Magna Commercial & Magna Office Tower. It will feature 5-6 floors Housing apartments in 4 hectare of Land area. There are approximately ± 150 Units apartments to be built in this area. This location has a constraint of solid infrastructure high-way bridge that runs on the east side of the land. The vision is to accommodate an alternative house in vertical concept yet a comfort settlement like landed house. This development is prepared to replace a common horizontal housing in the development to go more vertical.
